I just did a little clean up in the Photoshoot section in the gallery. I realized the actual albums weren’t even viewable (oops!) so that’s now been sorted, plus I’ve added a few pictures from here and there. I added x3 MQ promos to the Official Promos album, some Mercury Records promos and 2 HQ pictures – one from the You Magazine shoot and the other is Pixie posing with her Sim.
Here’s a really cute and funny interview that Pixie did with FHM Magazine. She answers plenty of questions, sings a little, and even does a very special FHM version of the Pixie hand clap. Adorable! Check it out below:
Home from home: Pixie Lott poses in her auntie Dawn’s garden in Billericay, Essex. (LOVE this picture, wish there were more from this shoot).
This is Billericay, suburban Essex. The world of the working class made good, of Pamela and Mick from Gavin and Stacey, of cul-de-sacs fringed with roomy modern homes, complete with mock-Tudor windows, crew-cut lawns and organised planting arrangements.
Somewhere round the back of one of these houses someone is singing. “Tea!” shouts Auntie Dawn, placing a tray of china on her iron garden table. Nearby, her 18-year-old niece, pop star Pixie Lott, is giving a bluesy rendition of the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” while jumping up and down on a sun lounger.
I just added a bunch of older pictures to the photo gallery. These were all taken before Pixie made it big and they include her posing with various people, including Lionel Richie, Natasha Bedingfield, LA Reid and many more. They’re such cute pictures! Here are pictures of Pixie taken earlier today at the V Music Festival in Essex, England. Pixie said it was her best performance yet and she really loved it. She also said the festival is just 15 minutes down the road from where she lives, so it was nice to be performing so close to home. Check all the pictures out in the gallery!
Pixie Lott has revealed that she enjoys playing in washing-up liquid in the garden.
She said that her parents still turn the garden into a soapy waterslide for her and her friends to play on.
She told The Guardian: “When I think of summer I think of us all getting together at family barbecues, having a water fight. When we’re at my mum’s we play on an aquaslide with fairy liquid, which ruins the grass.”
